The breakfast with eggs and sausages is a great addition, and the newly renovated rooms are exceptional, featuring a comfortable double bed with an extra pillow.

Clean rooms and good breakfast were a plus. The tiny bar was cozy.

Disliked the small rooms and uncomfortable bed. Hearing trains at night and in the morning was annoying.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel room suitably quiet. Extremely convenient location. Nice city. Good quality breakfast. Quick check-in and out.

Undesirable people hanging about outside but near the entrance. Shower water not always hot in the morning. Needed more pillows to allow reading in bed.

The location to the train station

The room had no air conditioning working and the room was hot. Due to the location at the train station it was not possible due to the noise to sleep with open windows.

As women traveling alone, we greatly appreciated the hotel's location near the train station and easy access to local transportation. The free ticket for trams and buses was a convenient perk. The hotel also offered free wifi and a faster connection for an additional fee. The rooms were quiet, despite being close to the train station. The city center was within walking distance, and taxis were readily available at the doorstep. we felt safe and well-connected during our stay.

The hotel was very central and I I found the rooms very comfortable. I was concerned about noise from the railway station but I must say we slept really well and heard no trains.... etc. The city itself was lovely reall enjoyed our visit.

We love the convenience of the hotel to the train station (next door), and to the shopping, cafes, and bars. Also the magnificent Cathedral is within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We would have preffered a double bed instead of two singles,but having said that the beds were very comfortable.

Some guests have complained about the noise from train arrivals and departures, which can be disruptive for light sleepers.

It seems incredible that the internet is not free of charge in a 3 star hotel... The Ibis and Etap hotel that are 100m of the Intercity are free of charge for the Internet access and of almost similar quality (especially the Ibis).

As with most Inter City hotels, it was very convenient for the main station.

Not especially good value for money, offers very little over and above cheaper hotels. No air-con, coffe making facilitues etc. The entrance direct from the platform could not be used, an inconvenience to have to walk back round, especially when raining.

The location was wonderful, about a 15-minute walk into town. the room was quiet. - the staff were really kind.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is in close proximity to the train station and other key landmarks of the city. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food and drinks to start a long day. the staff was polite and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by the excessive noise during our stay, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The walls were thin and the sound from outside and from neighboring rooms was audible most of the night.

the fact that the check out time was 12 o clock

We were a group of 8 men traveling to the Champions League Final. Having confirmed 4 Twin Rooms we were very angry that between the Hotel and Booked.net there was a admin error as what we got was double beds. They could not change rooms or add additional beds. Ended up with people sleeping on the floor. This type of error needs sorting out and compensation money provided

Ulm was very good. Nice bars and well kept

Good breakfast with a wide array of options to choose from. Had double room with a second pillow, 1 2person bed and TV.

Wi-Fi was bad.
